This place is amazing. Last month I got some black stuff (I think it must of been old grease or oil or something from the bottom of some tracks on a chair) on my bright white Nike Free runners. I took them in willing to pay whatever to fix my shoes, and they ended up cleaning my shoe on the spot for FREE!! I thought for sure it would be at least $50. They looked as good as new! Amazing! VERY PROFESSIONAL customer service! We sent in a men's leather jacket that had a large area where the color had been pulled out of the front to have it restored. The restoration was perfect, it was impossible to see where the repair was done, absolutely BEAUTIFUL WORK! I was in contact with Kathy to clean a heavily stained vintage suede Chanel purse. Kathy reviewed photos of my item and gave me a realistic quote based on the damage (..it was bad).
