I recently took in my Schott USA, double-breasted, lined leather coat to be altered. As soon as I entered the store, I was directed to the fitting room where I was met by Cat, one of the very capable seamstresses, and Tony, the owner, both who spent a great deal of time taking measurements and making suggestions about the adjustments that should be made to my coat. They were substantial: the only part of the coat that didn't need some sort of tweaking were the buttons. The price quoted was very reasonable, considering the extent of the alterations. The jacket was completed promptly and delivered to my home. The work was exceptionable. I am very pleased with the level of care and service delivered by this family-run company.
